EXTRA FEES NOTICE:If wait time exceeds scheduled pickup time by more than 15 minutes, and the wait is *not* due to an airline change/delay, Sensible Livery reserves the right reserves the right to charge up to $20 per every 15 minutes of wait time.
NO SHOW FEEIf a customer does not show up for a scheduled ride, and the no-show is *not* due to an airline delay or change, the customer will be charged for the scheduled ride. If prepaid, the amount will *not* be refunded.
AIRPORT OR TRANSIT PICKUPSSensible Livery understands that things happen beyond the customer’s control when it comes to airlines. As long as the customer alerts us to the change/delay, Sensible Livery will not impose an extra fee. If there has been no communication, customer has not alerted by calling, Sensible Livery has at the right to charge a no-show or other applicable fee.
CREDIT CARD PAYMENTSIf a customer books a ride, has prepaid via credit card and needs to cancel, a full refund will be credited within 48 hours *as long as* the customer cancels within twelve (12) hours.
FOR RIDES OUTSIDE OF MASSACHUSETTS SERVICE AREAPlease allow 5 days notice for hourly service; 48 hours for other service types. A surcharge fee of up to $60 will be added to standard rate charge total.
